Program Overview

Our Sparring Class is designed for students with a Green Belt and above, including children, teens, and adults who are ready to apply their skills in a dynamic and controlled environment. This program focuses on Olympic-style sparring, helping students develop timing, distance control, and real-time decision-making.

Through structured drills and live practice in 60-minute sessions, students build confidence, improve reaction speed, and learn how to stay calm under pressure.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.

We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character.
