Program Overview

Our Children Program is designed for ages 6 to 12, offering a structured path from White Belt to Black Belt. Students learn fundamental techniques, forms, and sparring while developing discipline, focus, and confidence in a motivating environment.

Through 45-minute engaging sessions, students improve not only their physical abilities but also their mindset — gaining resilience, leadership, and goal-setting skills that help them succeed on and off the mat.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.

We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character.
