Head Instructor & Founder
Head Instructor and Founder of One Taekwondo (US TIGER K) in Paramus, NJ. Dedicated to developing confident, disciplined, and respectful students of all ages through quality Taekwondo instruction.
Welcome to One Taekwondo — US TIGER K. My name is Master K, and I am the founder and head instructor here in Paramus, NJ. For years, I have been passionate about using Taekwondo as a tool to transform lives — building confidence, discipline, and resilience in students of every age. At One Taekwondo, we believe that martial arts is far more than just kicks and punches. Every class is an opportunity for students to grow — physically, mentally, and emotionally. From our youngest Little Tigers to our Teen Black Belt Club members and adult students, each individual receives the attention and encouragement they deserve. I have had the privilege of seeing students walk through our doors with uncertainty and leave as confident, focused, and driven individuals. That transformation is what drives me every single day. Whether your child is four years old just starting out, or you are an adult looking to get fit and learn self-defense, we have a program tailored just for you. I am proud to serve the Paramus and Bergen County community and look forward to welcoming you and your family into the One Taekwondo family. See you on the mat!
